These 8mm rods are made from extremely durable solid nylon and are quadruply crimped at each end of the fittings/ferrules.

They are corrosion resistant as they are made from stainless steel, with double stainless-steel buttons for double security.

They are extremely flexible for tight bends and are ideal for 3" to 6" flues, multifuel, oil, gas, and biomass flues and duct cleaning rods.

These fittings are only 16mm in width and independent of the larger rods from 12mm upwards, but they can be connected to the larger rods using an adaptor.

The rods are purposely 90cm in length, the reason why is that the thinner the rod that is used, the too long a length loses its rigidity and causes 'liner slap', which stresses the rod which will eventually snap. We found after much testing, that a slightly stiffer but still very flexible rod is at 90cm and can get around 90° bends with ease.
